What is the F20's range? Up to 80–90 km in low-assist mode.
Actual range is usually between 60 and 75 km depending on assist mode, rider weight, terrain, and riding conditions.
What is the maximum speed? 25 km/h in accordance with European regulations for electric assist bicycles.
Any modification to reach 50 km/h is prohibited on public roads.
How do I charge the battery? Use the provided 48 V / 2 A charger.
Charging time: 6 to 8 hours.
The battery is removable and lockable for added security.
Can I ride in the rain? Yes. The F20 is splash-resistant (IPX4 standard).
However, avoid heavy and prolonged rain or high-pressure jet cleaning.
How do I remove and install the battery? Unlock with the provided key, remove by the handle, then replace and lock after use or recharging.
What maintenance is recommended? Clean with a damp cloth, check tire pressure (20 × 4.0), lubricate the chain, check brakes and tightenings before each use.
What should I do if an error code appears on the display? Turn off the bike, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
