Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Evelostore.fr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the applicable rate is that displayed at the time of the order.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. The payment methods offered are secure (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Article 8 – Delivery

We do our utmost to ship your order quickly. In general, delivery takes 3 to 7 working days. In case of exceptional unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you immediately, and you will always have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Article 9 – Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return costs are at your expense, unless the error is attributable to Evelostore.fr.

Article 10 – Guarantees

All our products benefit from legal guarantees:

Conformity guarantee (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code)

Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)

Article 11 – Liabilities

Evelostore.fr cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products. The company's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

If no agreement is reached, these conditions are governed by French law, and any dispute would be submitted to the competent courts.
