Return and Refund Policy – Evelostore.fr

At E-VELO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied, we have a clear return and refund policy in place.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

After this period, we will not be able to accept your return.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, clean, and complete, with all accessories and original packaging.
  • For electric bikes, the odometer must show less than 10 km and show no signs of wear or damage.
  • Returns must be authorized by customer service before shipping.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@evelostore.fr to initiate the return.
  2. Provide your order number and, if necessary, photos or videos of the item to demonstrate its condition or any defects.
  3. Return Address: 18 Impasse de la Frescoule, 13008 Marseille, France. Please send your items back to this address, following the instructions above.

4. Refunds

  • Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Return shipping costs for personal reasons are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds may take 7 to 14 days depending on bank processing times.

5. Exchanges and Defective Products

  • If an item is damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.
  • For products with defects after purchase, contact customer service with photos or videos. We can reimburse repairs carried out in an approved workshop, upon presentation of a valid invoice, up to the cost of the parts concerned.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: 5% processing fee of the total amount.
  • After shipment: Return fees according to the chosen carrier (estimated at €200 per bike).
