1. Safety Instructions

  • Maximum load: 180 kg (rider + cargo)
  • Do not immerse; avoid heavy rain and deep puddles
  • No electronic or firmware modifications
  • Wearing a helmet and safety equipment is mandatory
  • Check brakes, tires, screws, and general condition before each ride
  • Store the battery between 0 °C and 38 °C

4. Assembly and Start-up

  1. Unpack and check for damage
  2. Mount the handlebar and stem according to instructions
  3. Install the pedals and tighten them correctly
  4. Connect the display and motor connectors
  5. Insert and lock the battery, check that the display lights up
  6. Check brakes, lighting, tire pressure, and screws before first use

5. Battery — Use and Safety

  • Only use the supplied charger (54.6 V / 2 A)
  • Full charge: 6–9 h depending on capacity
  • Do not expose to water or extreme heat
  • Transport locked, keep the keys
  • In case of swelling or overheating, stop use immediately

6. Routine Maintenance

  • Check tire pressure and wear
  • Check brake pads and cables
  • Clean with a damp cloth (no high-pressure jet)
  • Lubricate the chain according to frequency of use
  • Check tightenings and adjustments every 6 to 12 months

7. Quick Troubleshooting

  • Motor does not start: check battery, fuses, switch
  • Error codes: turn off, remove battery for 30 seconds, restart
  • Low range: check tire pressure, assistance mode, battery age
  • Abnormal noises: check axles, bolts, transmission

8. Warranty and Claims

Standard warranty for manufacturing defects. Wear and tear items are not covered.
