Before removing the polystyrene, check all items and their condition. Contact support@onesportglobal.com if any parts are missing or damaged.

Serial Numbers — frame & motor
Frame and motor numbers are stamped on the frame and motor. Record them — proof of purchase for warranty and for police in case of theft.

Main markers: 1-Handlebar, 2-Headlight, 3-Brake levers, 4-LCD Screen, 5-Throttle, 6-Battery, 7-Motor, 8-Saddle, 9-Front/rear mudguard, 10-Front/rear wheel.
Full Step-by-Step Assembly
- Handlebar / Riser: insert, adjust parallelism and perpendicularity, tighten 6# Allen screws.
- Front Mudguard: pre-install, fix with 4# Allen screws and 10mm wrench.
- Front Wheel: insert axle, adjust, tighten quick-release, check centering.
- Rear Mudguard: fix pre-installed screws, tighten with 4# Allen.
- Pedals: R / L, tighten with 15# open-end wrench, correct direction indicated.
- Saddle: insert post below safety mark, adjust height, lock quick-release.
- Battery: remove with key and handle, install aligned, lock, lower saddle.
- Reflectors and bell: fix to handlebar and wheels, tighten with included screwdriver.
Battery — remove / install / charge
Remove
- Pull handle under saddle, raise saddle, turn key to "PUSH".
- Remove battery from rail.
Install
- Align battery on rail, insert until full contact.
- Lock key, lower saddle until it clicks.
Charge
- On bike: chassis port
- External: battery port
LCD Screen — controls and navigation
Controls: + increases assist, - decreases, long press on/off.
Toggle displays (speed / odom / trip / voltage)
Briefly press to navigate: speed, odometer, trip, battery voltage, max speed.
Advanced settings
Hold + and - simultaneously for advanced menu. Do not modify if you don't know what you're doing.
Error Codes and Quick Troubleshooting

If code persists: cut power, check connections, try again. Otherwise, contact customer service with the code and a photo of the screen.
Care & Maintenance
- Cleaning: damp cloth, no high-pressure spray.
- Lubrication: chain regularly depending on use.
- Fasteners: check handlebar, stem, saddle tightening.
- Tires: pressure on sidewall, check wear.
- Brakes: check pads and adjustments.
- Battery: store at 30–60% charge if long storage, avoid freezing/heat.
Warranty & Disclaimers
Manufacturer's warranty 12 months for manufacturing defects. Non-transferable. Damage from immersion, modification, or misuse not covered.
