Important Warnings

Read this entire manual before assembling or using your DUOTTS F20. Do not modify, open, or replace original electrical components: this voids the warranty and can be dangerous.
  • Failure to follow instructions may result in serious injury or death.
  • Before first use, have assembly checked by a qualified bike mechanic if you are unsure.
  • Do not underestimate water: the F20 is IP65 splash resistant (not submersible).
  • Always wear an approved helmet and comply with local regulations.

If the battery is damaged (leakage, swelling, abnormal odor): do not charge and contact after-sales service.

Fork Adjustment & Suspension Lock

  • Turn the knob clockwise to increase rigidity (firmer).
  • Turn counter-clockwise to soften the fork.
