Your peace of mind is our priority. All electric bicycles and scooters sold on Evelostore.fr are new, equipped with original parts, and benefit from a warranty that covers non-human damage as well as manufacturing defects, so you can ride with complete peace of mind.

Conditions Excluded from Warranty
- Damage related to non-compliance with the user manual or improper storage.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Scratches or minor damage during transport.
- Consumable parts: tires, saddles, plastic components, pads, brakes, etc.
- Used or modified bicycles or scooters.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Take a photo or a short video clearly showing the problem.
- Send an email to contact@evelostore.fr with:
- Description of the problem
- Photos/videos
- Order number
- Purchase platform
- Follow the troubleshooting instructions provided by our service if necessary.
- After verification, we will promptly ship the necessary spare parts.
