Your peace of mind is our priority. All electric bicycles and scooters sold on Evelostore.fr are new, equipped with original parts, and benefit from a warranty that covers non-human damage as well as manufacturing defects, so you can ride with complete peace of mind.

Warranty Duration

Tires All types 1 month Coverage only for manufacturing defects. Punctures or damage due to misuse or obstacles are not guaranteed.
Basic Parts Saddles, brake discs, pads, cables 3 months Coverage excludes collisions or personal modifications.
Various Accessories Kickstand, mudguard, luggage rack, pedals, grips, cranks, chainrings, hubs, chains, derailleurs, flywheel, shock absorber, bell, horn, lift bracket 6 months Replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing only.
Electrical Parts Controllers, chargers, cables, display, brakes, throttles, sensors 12 months Replacement for short circuits, failures, and performance drops due to manufacturing. Water damage or personal modification not covered.
Headlights and Taillights Headlights, taillights 6 months Damage due to normal wear and tear or accidents not covered.
Motor Parts Motor, motor bearing 12 months (phase loss, combustion, demagnetization, deformation). Damage related to accident, insufficient pressure, or improper use not covered.
Battery Casing, covers, battery 12 months Replacement for defects: poor contact, power failure, capacity <60%. Water damage or personal modifications not covered.

Conditions Excluded from Warranty

  • Damage related to non-compliance with the user manual or improper storage.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
  • Scratches or minor damage during transport.
  • Consumable parts: tires, saddles, plastic components, pads, brakes, etc.
  • Used or modified bicycles or scooters.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Take a photo or a short video clearly showing the problem.
  2. Send an email to contact@evelostore.fr with:
    • Description of the problem
    • Photos/videos
    • Order number
    • Purchase platform
  3. Follow the troubleshooting instructions provided by our service if necessary.
  4. After verification, we will promptly ship the necessary spare parts.
