What is the maximum speed?	25 km/h legally approved, assist up to ~35 km/h depending on settings, rider weight, and terrain.
How do I charge the battery?	Two options: • On the bike: plug the charger into the integrated port. • Battery removal: remove the battery (locking key) and plug the charger into the battery port. Charging time: ≈ 6–8 h.
Can I use the bike in the rain?	IP54 rating: resistant to splashes and light rain. Avoid immersion and prolonged heavy rain.
How do I remove and install the battery?	Remove: unlock with the key, gently pull by the handle. Install: align the battery with the rail, insert and lock with the key.
How do I maintain the bike?	Clean with a damp cloth, lubricate the chain, check tire pressure and brake pads, inspect bolts, maintain the battery according to the official manual.
What if the LCD screen displays an error code?	Consult the manual to identify the code and follow the troubleshooting procedure. Do not modify settings not explained in the manual.
What is the maximum allowed load?	120 kg maximum for the rider and accessories.
