| Is the KOOLUX X7 EU road legal? | No. With its 750 W motor and a speed of up to 50 km/h, the KOOLUX X7 EU does not comply with European e-bike regulations. For use on private land or off regulated public roads only. |
| Is the bike limited to 25 km/h? | No. The KOOLUX X7 EU is delivered in its powerful configuration and is not limited to 25 km/h. |
| Does it have a dual motor? | No. It is equipped with a single brushless motor located in the rear hub. No official dual-motor version is offered by the manufacturer. |
| What is the actual range? | Between 80 and 120 km depending on the assistance mode, terrain, rider's weight, and usage conditions. |
| Is the battery removable? | Yes. Removable and key-lockable 48 V / 25 Ah lithium-ion battery. |
| Charging time | Approximately 5 to 6 hours with the original charger provided. |
| Is the bike delivered assembled? | Delivered approximately 85% pre-assembled. Simple final assembly to be performed by the user. |
| Maximum supported load | 120 kg (rider + equipment). |
