Is the V8 Max road legal in France? Yes, in EU compliant mode: 250 W motor and speed limited to 25 km/h with pedal assist.
Can it exceed 25 km/h? The bike can be unlocked up to 50 km/h via the display, but only for private use or off public roads.
Is a license or insurance required? No, in legal configuration (25 km/h). No license, registration, or mandatory insurance.
Is a helmet mandatory? Not legally mandatory for adults, but highly recommended for your safety.
What is the actual range? Between 90 and 120 km with assist, depending on weight, terrain, speed, and mode used.
Are the batteries removable? Yes, both 48 V 15 Ah batteries are removable, lockable, and can be charged separately.
Can two people ride it? Yes, the V8 Max is designed for two people with a rear seat and footrests included.
What is the maximum supported load? Up to 150 kg (rider, passenger, and cargo included).
Is the bike delivered assembled? Yes, delivered approximately 85% assembled. The final adjustments are simple and quick.
Is the bike waterproof? Resistant to splashes and light rain. It is not recommended to ride in heavy rain or immerse it.
Does it have an anti-theft system? Yes, keyless NFC start + integrated alarm. An additional mechanical lock is still recommended.
