| How do I charge the battery? | Use the supplied 48 V / 2 A charger. Estimated charging time: 6 to 8 hours. The battery is removable and lockable for added security. |
| Can I ride in the rain? | Yes. The ONESPORT OT08 is IPX4 rated, making it resistant to water splashes. However, it is not recommended to ride in heavy and prolonged rain or to clean the bike with a high-pressure jet. |
| How do I remove and install the battery? | Unlock the battery using the supplied key, remove it by the handle, then replace and lock it after charging or use. |
| What maintenance is recommended? | Regular cleaning with a damp cloth, checking tire pressure (20 × 4.0), chain lubrication, checking brakes and fasteners before use. |
